What’s Included

Xero Software

All of our packages include Xero, the award-winning, cloud-based bookkeeping software.
Conversion to Xero

We convert your existing accounting data over to Xero for free. This means you can be up and running in no time and enjoying the many benefits of Xero.

We will transfer your data across for the current year and also input your prior year end balance into Xero.

Xero Skype Training Session

We want to make sure you are getting the most out of Xero. So to make sure we offer a one to one online training session with you to get you up to speed and confidently using Xero.

Receipt Bank Software

We provide you with software called Receipt Bank to capture and store your purchase invoices and receipts.

Year end accounts

We will prepare full and abbreviated versions of your year end accounts. Because the data is in the cloud we can get these done for you in super quick time so you have usable information to base your decision making on.

Corporation Tax Return

The tax computation will be prepared and also the corporation tax return, ensuring all possible reliefs have been claimed to minimise your tax liability.

IXBRL submission to HMRC & Companies House

Your accounts and tax return will be filed online on your behalf at both HMRC and Companies House in the appropriate IXBRL format. This is a special format used for reporting financial data using “tags” that computers can interpret.

Correspondence with HMRC and Companies House

Acting as your agent we can deal with matters on your behalf with HMRC and Companies House. This means you don’t need to worry and can get on with running your business.

Tax return for 2 directors

We will prepare the personal tax return for two directord and submit this to HMRC.

Payroll for up to 5 staff

We will process for the payroll for up to 5 staff. This includes payslips, joiners and leavers and year end reporting.

Dedicated accountant

Up signing up you will be given our own dedicated accountant. This means you have one name and know who exactly is working hard to help you succeed.

Annual Skype Meeting

Each year once we have finished the accounts we will talk through the results with you. We will discuss your business performance and help devise plans and targets for the next year.

Ongoing support and advice

Because we charge a fixed fee don’t feel afraid to drop us an email. We want to keep in touch often throughout the year to make sure you receive the service you deserve.

Because you will be using Xero we can check in from time to time to see if you need a hand.
Pre year end health check

A few months before the year end we will take a look at how your business is doing and advise you if there is anything you can do before the year end to be more tax efficient or improve your profits.

Bookkeeping

We will do your bookkeeping for you on a weekly or monthly basis. We provide you with some software called Receipt Bank to take pictures of your invoices and process these into Xero for you.

VAT return review and submission

Each quarter we will prepare, review and submit the VAT return for you and advise you of the liability.

Monthly In-depth Performance Report

At the end of each month we send over to you an indepth performance report. This will measure the monthly business performance against your KPI’s, track business profitability and the cash position. We can even look at your Google Analytics or Work Flow Max data and advise on that!

Credit Control

Cash is king and if your debtors aren’t paying you on time this can be problem for your business. We will be your credit control team chasing debts on your behalf to improve your business cash flow.

Monthly Management Accounts

Each month we will prepare a set of monthly management accounts for you. This means instead of waiting until the end of the financial year you can see how your business is performing on a regular basis.

Monthly Financial Performance Meeting (Via Skype)

Each month your dedicated virtual finance director will discuss your business performance for the month and help to develop strategies to turbo charge your business.
